1. Acceptance

By using cryptogalaxy.online ("CryptoGalaxy", "we") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Account features (login, prediction game, Earn, referrals) are for people aged 18 or over.

2. The service

CryptoGalaxy shows public crypto market data as an interactive visualization, together with guides, calculators, exchange news and optional account features. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Features may change, be paused or be discontinued at any time.

3. No financial advice

Everything on CryptoGalaxy is for information and entertainment only. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Crypto assets are high risk and you may lose your entire investment. Always do your own research and check that a platform is licensed where you live.

4. Accounts

• You log in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail address. Keep access to your e-mail secure.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• Nicknames must not impersonate others, be offensive or contain links or advertising. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks these rules.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unredeemed points are lost on deletion.

5. Prediction game

• The game is free and involves no money, deposit or purchase. Predictions are virtual.
• Scoring, limits and prizes are described on the Rewards page, whose official rules form part of these terms.
• Prices are taken server-side from public market-data sources. In case of a data error or outage we may void affected predictions.
• Automation, multiple accounts or exploiting errors lead to disqualification and loss of points and prizes.

6. Earn section and points

• The Earn section shows surveys and offers from third-party partners ("offerwalls"). Each offer is provided by that partner under its own terms; we do not control whether a partner credits an offer.
• Points are credited only after the partner confirms completion, and can be reversed if the partner later reverses or rejects it (for example, fraud or chargeback).
• Points are not money, have no cash value until redeemed, are not transferable and do not earn interest.
• Points can be redeemed for the rewards shown in the Earn section once you reach the minimum balance. Every redemption is reviewed before it is sent. We may ask you to confirm your identity or payout address, and we may refuse a redemption linked to fraud.
• Prohibited: VPNs or proxies to change your country, fake or duplicate information, bots, multiple accounts, or completing offers on behalf of others. Breaking these rules leads to loss of all points and account closure.
• Points not used for 12 months may expire. If the Earn section is closed, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can redeem eligible balances.
• You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

7. Referral program

• When the referral program is active, you can share your personal link and earn a share of the points collected by people who join through it, as described in the Earn section.
• Referring yourself, creating accounts for others, or promoting your link with spam, misleading claims or paid ads that use our name is prohibited and voids referral earnings.

8. Partner links

Some links (for example, to exchanges) are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Partner services are run by those companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Their availability depends on your country.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the site, bypass security or limits, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Content and intellectual property

The site design, texts, code and the CryptoGalaxy name belong to the operator. You may share links and screenshots of the site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Coin names and logos belong to their owners. Market data belongs to its providers.

11. Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, reliance on its data, or third-party services you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or to stop abuse.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Questions or complaints: .
